Highly honoured Goswami 108 Shri Prabhuji Mahoday (Surat - Vaodara) The founder of the Dravida Upadhyay Shri Uddhavlalji Memorial Trust. __________ Highly honoured Goswami Shri Prabhuji Maharaja was born on the fifth day of the Posh Month, V.S. 2007, at the Mota Mandir, Surat (Gujarat- India), in the dynasty of Shri Girdharji, at the fifteenth generation since Shri VItthalnathji Gusaiji, the second son of Shrimad Vallabhacharyaji Shri Mahaprabhuji, a teacher of the world and the initial founder of the Shuddhadvait Pushti Vaishnav sect. His holiness Goswami 108 Shri Madhusudanlalji was the second son of His holiness Goswami 108 Shri Vrajratnalji who was a renowned preacher of the Vaishnav sect and the chief of the sixth seat of the sect, and who was devoted for & hundred long year to the sacred service of Shi Balakrishnaji incarnation of the sixth Nidhi Swaroop , blessing the Mota Mandir, Surat by his auspicious presence. Goswami 108 Shri Madhusudanlalji has three sons : 1> His holiness Goswami 108 Shri Mathureshwarji Mahodaya 2> His holiness Goswami 108 Shri Chandragopalji Mahodaya and 3> His holiness Goswami 108 Shri Prabhuji Mahodaya and Five daughters : 1> Her Holiness Goswami Shri Indira betiji 2> Her Holiness Goswami Shri Nikunjalata betiji 3> Her holiness A. Sau. Subodhini betiji 4> Her holiness A. Sau. Shree Jaymaba betiji 5> Her holiness A. Sau. Shri Vrajlatabetiji. The good name of respected Shri Prabhuji bawaji's proud mother is her holiness A. Sau. Shri Chandraprabhavahuji. His holiness Shri Prabhuji Maharajshri came and resided in the city of Baroda with his honoured elders at the age of five. He studied at the sanskrit Maha Vidhyalaya of the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda with subjects like Ssanskrit and English and acquired qualifications (dfegrees) at courses like Purana Prathma, Vyakaran Visharad, Vyakaran Shastri, Vyakaran Acharya with silver medals. He studied Sanskrit from Shri Shobhit Mishraji a meithil scholar. He acquired knowledge of holy books of the Pushti Vaishnav sect from late Shastri Shri Nagardas Bambhania, a highly devoted scholar of Ahmedabad and Shri Revashankar Shastri of Surat. Right since a younge age of twelve, he started visiting places in Gujaratr and Maharashtra during vacation with the mission of propogating the faith. After the study was completed, he travelled to big cities of India like Mumbai, Delhi, Calcutta, Hyderabad, Lukhnow, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Mujaffarnagar, Karnal, Barahanpur, Akola, Aurangabad, Malegaon, Ahmednagar, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Junagadh etc. and small or big cities and towns of Gujarat and Saurashtra on a noble mission of preaching the faith through organizing under his auspicious grand religious programmes like discourses on Shrimad Bhagavad, discourses on Shodash Granth, discourses on narratives of renowned Vaishnav devotees etc. and also by founding groups for religious discourse groups of women (Mahila Mandal) and those of youths (Yuvak Mandal) to further the spread of the sect. Your holiness organised in 1978 a discourse on Shrimad Bhagavad by his elder sister her holiness Shri Jiji Indirabetiji at Bagasara (Dist. Amreli, Saurashtra). He dedicated the entire collection of wealth offered to the sacred book Bhagavat at the discourse to Sumanbai Kanyashala, a girls' school at Bagasara. Your holiness organized a grand an comprehensive manifold food offerings called Chhapan Bhog in front of Shri Mahaprabhuji's Nidhi Swaroop adoring the seat above him at the Haveli (Sacred residence of religious head) at Bagasara on the first day of the additional Falgun month (Adhikmas) of 1984. In 1989 he also organised Shri Yamunaji's 1008 Loti festival and her holiness Goswami Shri Indirabejtiji's discourse on the Sarvottam Stotra on grand Scale at Bagasara. Even number of Chhapan Bhog - many food offering festivals are organized under his auspicious at the Havelis at Surendranagar, Bhavnagar, Mahuva, Savarkundala, Jasadan and Chopad of Maharashtra etc. Honorable Shri Prabhuji Maharajshri also involved himself deeply into the mission of humanitarian tasks for the human society, sacrificing by way of physical and mental involvement and also spending his own wealth. When a great calamity was caused in Junagadh district and Bagasara region in 1983 due to excessive rain causing serious damage to the Macchu dam in Saurashtra and also when all over Saurashtra people were (griefstricker) due to severe famine, during all such adverse time, he joined his elder brother, his holiness Goswami Shri Mathureshwar Mahodayaji and his elder sister, her holiness Goswami Shri Indirabetiji (Jiji) and indulged constantly in the efforts of supporting and helping people in miseries. Honorable Shri Prabhuji Maharajshri went on a foreign tour first time in 1988. He visited places like Durban, Pritoria, Johnisberg in South Africa, Harare, Bulavayo, Victoria falls in Zimbabwe. Dar-e-Salam in Tanzania, Nairobi, Nakuru etc. in Kenya. At all these places, he imparted religious preachings, founded youth organisations, inspired Vaishnav devotees to have worship of sanctified form of Shri Thakorji, and inspired people on large scale into getting into the spiritual tie with the Lord (Brahmasambandh) and thus, affected religious awareness in people at large. In 1995 he visited places like London, Leister, Cowentry, Preston, Southport, Manchester, Darlington etc. in England with a mission of propogating and preaching the faith. After that he visited number of European countries like Paris (France), Barselona (Spain), D. ENdorades, Entworth, Brasels (Belgium), Armsterdam and Hag (Hrtland Netherlands), Stutgard, Colon City (Germany) and Switzerland etc. Then on an earnest request of Vaishnav devotees, he paid a five-days' visit to Lisben (Portugal). At Lisben he addressed a public meeting organised at the hall of the Sanatan Dharma Mandir. At the meeting, he founded a women's organisation and inspired people on a large scale into the spiritual tie with the Lord. He sanctified (thakurji pushtavva) the form of Shri Thakurji for man y Vishnavas and explained to them the method of worship (seva) as followed by the tradition. Honorable Shri Prabhuji Maharajshri has founed a trust called Shri Vallabh Priti Seva Samaj at Visavadar, a town in Junagadh district of Saurashtra. Through this trust he organised abeautiful exhibition of 142 sacred seats (Bethakjis) of the Vaishnav sect. He also organised on a grand scale a discourse on Shodash granth by honorable Shri Nikunjalata betiji, his elder sister. In 1996, he organised afestival called Shri Yamunaji's 1008 Loti Utsav and also the sixth week long discourse on forty one hymns to Shri Yamunaji by greatly devoted Shri Rameshbhai Parikh of Mahesana. Whatever collection in cash was received through such events and efforts has been utilized to construct a complex called Shri Vallabh Gita Bhavan at Visavadar, "Acharya Gruh", a residence of head of the whole Vallabh family, "Gurukul" a place of learning for Vaishnav Children, Lodging and boarding arrangement for vaishnav devotees from other places visiting the complex, A library of the vaishnav sect, Shri Vallabh Ved Mandir, a dispensary, a class for religious learning and some such activities are planned to have at this complex. Honorable A. Sau. Shri Sarlavahuji was born at Porbandar, on the Akshaya
navami on the nineth day of the bright half of the Kartak month. She is
a daughter of Upadhyaya Dravida Shri Uddhavlalji, a traditional priest
of the Vallabh family for sixteen generation, and of Dravida Uddhavlalaji
& honorable Shri Mahalaxmi (Moraba) betiji, a second daughter of honourable
Goswami 108 Shri Dwarkeshlalji Maharaj of Mathura-Porbandar. She has studied
upto intermediate with Sanskrit, English, Philosophy and Psychology,
she received learning of sacred books of the Pushti Vaishnav sect from
Prof. Shri Nagardas Bambhania of Ahmedabad. She was married to honorable
Goswami Shri Prabhuji Maharajshri on the auspicious Akshaya trutiya day,
in 7th day of May month of 1970. Honorable Sau. Saralavahuji is devoted
to her duties toward her husband and also deeply involved in the devotion
to Lord Shri Krishna. Most of her time is utilized duly in the worship
of Shri Thakurji, household works, reading and working, serving etc. She
at time goes on tours with Shri Prabhuji Bawashri, organises camps on devotional
learning and thus, imparts beautiful guidance to Vaishnav devotees regarding
the traditional methods of worship-rituals as followe in the Pushti sect.

Late Shri Uddhavlalji, an eminent Ayurveda Practioner (Vaidya) was born
at Kota, Rajasthan on the 15th day (Punam) of the dark half of the Magsar
month. His ancestors were appointed preists teachers by traditions since
the time of Shrimad Vallabhacharya- Mahaprabhuji's ancestors. Hence the
sixteen rituals of sanctification of the Vallabh family were accomplished
by his ancestors. Hence, all seven decenders like Shri Mahaprabhji, Shri
Gusaiji, Shri Girdharji, Shri Govandraji, Shri Gokulnathji and Shri
Hariraiji blessed his family with granting their (Nidhi Swaroops-worshipped
form of the Lod) and their Padukaji (Sacred footwears - generally made
of wood , wooden shoes) to be kept in worship at their residences. These
Nidhi Swaroops and Padukajis still adorn the religious abodes (residences)
today at Bagasara (Dist. Amreli , Saurshtra) and Kota (Rajasthan). Shri
Murlidharji - Shri Chhutaknji (Shri Balkrishnaji), the Nidhi Swaroop (Highly
Sanctrified divine form of) of Shri Mahaprabhuji, the Sacred Padukajis
( foot wears) of Shri Mahaprabhuji, Shri Gusaiji's Padukajis and the Padukajis
of Shri Gokulnathji, the fourth son of Shri Gusaiji-all these have been
placed in the care of his son-in-law, honorable Goswami Shri Prabhuji Maharajshri
at his residence in Vadodara. In addition, the sacred residences, havelis
at Bagasara and Kota with the divine forms and worhip in them have also
been handed over to Shri Maharajshri .Late Shri Uddhavlalji's marrage was
arranged with Late Honorable Shri Mahalaxmi (Moraba) betiji, a daughter
of Shri Dwarkeshlalji Maharaj (Mathura - Porbandar) and honorable A. Sau.
Saralavahuji is their only daughter.
Honorable Shri Lalaji studied M.A. with Sanskrit and English as subjects for study, and also acquired the status of an Ayurveda practioner after gaining a higher qualification in the Ayurveda. He served number of patients suffering from diseases without expecting any thing from them. He was also a scholar of Sanksrit Vyakaran and English language. Moreover, Sanskrit books of the Vaishnava sect such as Shri Subodhiniji, Tatvarth, Tatvarya Deep Nibandh, Commentaries on the Shodash Granth, etc. were all on the tip of his tongue. He was an expert in Alopathic medicine and well versed in Indian Laws. He was also well0read in Hindi poems and gazals and poetic couplets in the Urdu Language. He was an excellent orator in various langauges like Guajrati, Hindi, English and Sanskrit and used to deliver talks on various religious and social issues. Thus, he was a versatile personality. Nonethless, he paid great respect and hold great sentiments and faith in all the Goswami (descenders) , small or big of Shri Vallabh family. He was humble, pleasant and cheerful by nature. He left this world to reside in th Golok, the Abode of Lord Krishna, in december of 1998.
